Clear Digital Navigation Services grew from years of working directly with clients in senior programs, career readiness, reentry, and other community-based services. That work gave us firsthand experience with people at very different starting points, from those comfortable with technology to those learning basic digital skills for the first time.

Working closely with clients showed us that learning does not always happen in one sitting. A person may understand a process today and need a reminder weeks later when they use it again. That is why clear explanations, repetition, and information people can return to are so important.
We start with the basics, meet people at their current level, and explain information in a way that is straightforward and respectful. The way we teach is informed by years of working directly with the people these resources are created for and by understanding that everyone deserves a fair opportunity to participate in a world that increasingly depends on technology.
